1. Introduction and Operating Entity

Welcome to Lotion Lab (the "Site"), accessible at lotionlab.shop. The Site is operated by Cascade Skin Supply LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent retail operations company that manages multi-brand skincare e-commerce storefronts. Cascade Skin Supply LLC is the operating company for the Lotion Lab storefront and is responsible for day-to-day operations, customer care, and vendor relationships.

Lotion Lab is an independent specialist retailer offering a curated selection of lotions and moisturizers across PMD Beauty, Medicube, Cetaphil, and Sunday Riley. Our team curates a focused range so you can compare formulas, textures, and price points in one place.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or make a purchase.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the Site, or you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

You may browse the Site without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect inaccurate or fraudulent information.

5. Catalog Information and Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display the products in our catalog accurately, including their colors, packaging, ingredient lists, and usage instructions. A dedicated listing specialist checks every product page against the brand's official ingredient list, usage instructions, and packaging photos before it goes live. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free, but we strive to keep the information current and accurate.

The product catalog includes approximately 525 items across the following brands: PMD Beauty, Medicube, Cetaphil, and Sunday Riley. We publish on this Site only from authorized distribution channels.

6. Pricing and Promotions

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

Our pricing model is built on authorized supplier agreements, low overhead e-commerce operations, and volume purchasing. This means prices may be meaningfully below manufacturer's suggested retail, but discounts can vary by brand and season. Brand partners may set minimum advertised price (MAP) rules and periodically fund campaigns for certain collections, which can influence the price you see.

Promotions are funded from our normal gross margin and from co-op marketing allowances provided by some brand partners under standard retail agreements. We do not buy gray-market or liquidation stock; our savings come from contract terms and operational efficiency, not shortcuts.

Promotional Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional codes. As of the date of these Terms, the following code is active:

• LOTION15: 15% off eligible items. Apply LOTION15 at checkout. Coupon eligibility follows checkout rules; some items or brands may be excluded at checkout.

Coupon eligibility is determined at checkout and may vary based on brand-specific MAP rules or exclusions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

7. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not an acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud. If we decline your order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• PayPal

Payment is processed at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. We may cancel orders if the payment method is declined, suspected of fraud, or violates our terms.

9. Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

• Free shipping on all orders over $45.00.
• Standard shipping for $8.00 on orders under $45.00.

Shipping times are estimated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout; please verify your shipping address before finalizing your order. 10. Returns and Refunds

We hope you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, contact us at support@lotionlab.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. We will issue a refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

If you have reason to believe an item is not authentic, follow the authenticity process described below in Section 13.

11. Warranty

Any warranty for products sold on this Site follows the product information and support guidance provided by the respective brand. We are not the manufacturer of any product and do not provide independent warranties on behalf of the brands. If a product is defective, we will facilitate the warranty process as per the brand's guidance. Contact support@lotionlab.shop for assistance.

12. Authenticity and Quality Commitment

We guarantee every product we sell is 100% authentic and sourced through authorized channels. We purchase only from authorized distributors and directly from the brands' wholesale programs. Each purchase order references our reseller agreement with the applicable brand.

Incoming cases are inspected for seal integrity, lot code presence, and expiration dates. We log lot numbers to maintain traceability back to the distributor.

If you have reason to believe an item is not authentic, contact us with the following information:

• Order number or email used at checkout
• Photographs of the product, front and back
• Photograph of the lot code / expiration area
• Description of where you noticed the issue

Please send this to support@lotionlab.shop. We will acknowledge the claim within 1 business day, compare the product details against our purchase records and the brand's authentication guidelines, and if needed, ask the brand's local representative to verify. We will reply with a written determination within 5 business days.

If a product is proven counterfeit, we refund the full purchase price and cover return shipping. If our investigation is inconclusive, we will still offer a return label and a refund because your trust matters more than the cost of the item. When your order arrives, check that the box seal is intact and that the lot code on the tube or bottle matches the one printed on the outer packaging. If anything looks tampered or inconsistent, stop use and contact us.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lotion Lab, Cascade Skin Supply LLC, or its licensors, and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any Site content without our express written permission.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these trademarks does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

14. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, including introducing malware or other harmful code
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to restrict access or block any user who violates these terms.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR SKIN OR PREFERENCES, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE SATISFACTORY.

We do not provide medical or dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition or sensitivity, consult a healthcare professional before using any skincare product.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lotion Lab and Cascade Skin Supply LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of the Site or inability to use the Site; (ii) any products purchased from the Site; or (iii) any other matter relating to these Terms.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Site or any products sold on the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
